Otply rents you temporary access to a real phone number for a fixed window, so you can receive a single SMS verification code from the service of your choice. It is not a permanent phone line, and numbers are shared and rotated between customers.
Your wallet is only charged for a rental once an SMS code is actually delivered to that number. If the rental window ends with nothing received, no charge is made and the balance stays in your wallet for your next rental.
Numbers must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, or to bypass a platform's own terms of service in a way that causes harm to others. We may suspend a wallet without refund if we find it being used this way.
SMS delivery depends on the carrier and the sending service, both outside our control. We don't guarantee that every rental will receive a code — the no-charge-if-nothing-arrives policy above is how that risk is handled.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
